ADVERTISING COSTS:

Advertising costs are determined by:

- The time that the advertisement is available (in weeks)

- The actual advertisement size (in pixels and kilobytes)

- Payment plan (weekly, monthly or annually)

- Total amount of advertisements by advertiser

- Location of advertisement on a page

Basic Terms & Conditions of Advertising:

1. P. B. Enterprises cc & website owner(s) reserve the right to:

- Decide whether the content of an advertisement is appropriate to be advertised

- Investigate any advertisement at any time

- Protect our visitors at our own discretion

- Make changes & alterations to the Basic Terms & Conditions of Advertising as needed

- Discontinue & remove, reject or replace an advertisement (WITHOUT REFUND) that is found to;

a) be inappropriate for advertising on the PBE website

b) link to an inappropriate website other than was originally agreed upon

c) cause any discomfort to our visitors due to inappropriate content

d) be offensive, harmful, disrespectful towards others

e) be unpaid for

2. P. B. Enterprises cc & website owner(s) will accept NO responsibility for:

- Any loss, damages, or anything arising from using or responding to any advertisement (hidden or explicit)

- Any deals made by either the Buyer and / or the Advertiser

3. Payments:

- All advertisements must be fully paid for upfront. Any unpaid advertisement will be removed immediately

- Advertisements are paid for weekly, monthly or annually
