A very basic auxiliary battery charging system, but yet the most powerful of its kind. Recommended for much quicker dual battery charging at high current. This heavy duty system, activated by the single-bar, dual function battery monitor or control switch, does not interfere with any standard vehicle wiring.

You can imagine what it'd be like to lose power in the house - using the vacuum, playing online bingo - so it's all too easy to imagine it happening whilst in the bush using your camping fridge. Prevent this by ensuring your batteries are charged optimally by using the right equipment. 

The system will automatically detect when an auxiliary battery is connected & if the alternator is running. The system will activate charging to the auxiliary battery (or batteries) if the alternator is capable to charge the auxiliary battery (or batteries) as well. No timers are used, thus no time is wasted, charging can start within 20 seconds & the system will respond immediately (cut out charging to prevent alternator overload) when necessary.

The MacroMaxi Charging Controller protects the vehicle alternator from over-loading, disconnecting the load (auxiliary battery) when over-loading occurs. 50 Amp safety fusing used for that extra security (unforeseen circumstances). Heavy Duty Fuse Holder is dust- & waterproof, tight contact, which means best current flow with minimal resistance.
